摘要
目的:探讨高胆红素血症对新生儿听力的影响。方法:收治正常新生儿386例和高胆红素血症新生儿308例,采用自动听性脑干诱发电位反应(AABR)技术行听力筛查。结果:高胆红素血症的AABR阳性率明显高于正常组,且重度高胆红素血症需换血组的AABR阳性率高于光疗组。结论:新生儿听力损失与高胆红素血症严重程度相关。运用AABR检测,可实现听力损失的早期发现。重度高胆红素血症需换血治疗的患儿可存在听神经病变。
Objective:To investigate the effect of hyperbilirubinemia on neonatal hearing.Methods:386 cases of normal newborns and 308 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were selected.They were given hearing screening by automatic auditory brainstem evoked potential response(AABR).Results:AABR positive rate of hyperbilirubinemia was significantly higher than that in the normal group and the AABR positive rate of exchange transfusion group with severe hyperbilirubinemia was higher than that of phototherapy group.Conclusion:Neonatal hearing loss was related with the severity of hyperbilirubinemia.Using AABR detection,the early detection of hearing loss can be realized.Children with severe hyperbilirubinemia and treated with exchange transfusion may have auditory neuropathy.
