摘要
目的:本文主要探索治疗中风后手功能障碍针灸选穴方面的理论依据,从而指导选穴,使穴少而精,提高疗效。本文通过查阅、检索近年来国内中文期刊发表的治疗中风后手功能障碍的临床文献,从理论上进行论述。手三阳原合配穴法治疗中风后手功能障碍穴位配伍合理,易于操作,值得深入探讨。
To explore the theoretical basis of acupuncture point selection in the treatment of hand dysfunction after stroke,so as to guide the selection of points,make the point less and refined,and to improve the efficacy.In this paper,we reviewed and retrieved the clinical literature about the treatment of hand dysfunction after stroke published in domestic chinese journal in recent years,and discussed the theory.Point compatibility of Shou San Yang Yuan He Pei Xue method for treatment of hand dysfunction after stroke was reasonable.It was easy to operate,and it was worthy of in-depth study.
