摘要
女童卵巢囊肿蒂扭转发病率低,临床表现不典型,术前误诊率极高,因此卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的及早诊断和治疗对预后至关重要。临床医师应加强对本病的认识,对扭转不重者仅剥除囊肿,在未确诊严重病变之前,尽量保留患侧卵巢功能,这对小儿健康尤为重要。
Girls ovarian cyst torsion has low incidence,atypical clinical manifestations,preoperative misdiagnosis rate high,so ovarian cyst torsion of early diagnosis and treatment is essential for the prognosis.Clinicians should enhance understanding of the disease,to reverse the light only stripping cyst,before undiagnosed serious disease,keeping the ipsilateral ovarian function,which is especially important for the health of children.
