摘要
目的:探讨中药复方治疗心绞痛的用药规律。方法:收集心绞痛病例及治疗心绞痛的中药方剂处方300份,利用统计学软件进行统计和分析。结果:应用次数比较多的药物类型是补虚的药物、清热药、平肝熄风药、活血化瘀药和利水保湿药,使用前5位的药物有丹参、川芎、黄芪、当归、红花。结论:丹参、川芎、黄芪、当归、红花是治疗心绞痛的常用药物,在药物剂量上有着较大的差别,有些药物相差将近10倍。
Objective:To investigate the drug laws of traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods:We collected 300 prescriptions of Chinese medicine prescriptions.We used the statistical software to do statistical analysis.Results:The more use number of drugs were tonic drugs,clearing heat,pingganxifeng drugs,huoxue blood stasis medicine and moisturizing medicine,the top 5 use drugs were salvia miltiorrhiza,chuanqiong dome,angelica,astragalus,safflower.Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza,chuanqiong dome,angelica,astragalus,safflower is commonly used in the treatment of angina pectoris,there is a big difference in the dose of medicine,some drugs are nearly 10 times.
