摘要
目的:探讨社区内高龄产妇的护理方法及临床效果。方法:选取社区内高龄产妇80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组实行常规护理,观察组在此基础上实行社区内综合护理干预。结果:观察组顺产率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿生命质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加强对社区内高龄产妇的护理干预能有效改善妊娠结局和质量,减轻产妇的痛苦。
Objective:To investigate how to strengthen the nursing method and clinical effect of elderly maternal in community.Methods:80 cases of elderly maternal in community were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group were given common nursing,and the observation group were given the comprehensive nursing intervention in the community.Results:The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the neonatal life quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the nursing intervention for elderly maternal in community can improve the pregnancy outcome and quality effectively,and reduce the pain of the maternal.
