摘要
目的:探讨青光眼患者术前术后的护理。方法:收治青光眼手术患者106例,行小梁切除术或虹膜周边切除术等不同术式治疗,并加强术前术后护理、健康宣教及出院指导。结论:做好青光眼患者术前术后精心护理,可以提高治疗效果,使患者病情得到有效控制,缩短患者住院时间,减轻经济负担及心理压力。
Objective:To investigate the nursing care of glaucoma patients before and after the operation.Methods:106 cases of glaucoma surgery patients were selected.They were given the trabeculectomy resection operation or peripheral iris resection operation and other different operation treatment,and to strengthen the nursing at preoperative and postoperative,health education and hospital discharge guidance.Conclusion:Do a good job on the careful nursing care of glaucoma patients preoperative and postoperative can improve the treatment effect,make the patient's condition get effective control,shorten the hospitalization time,and reduce the economic burden and psychological pressure.
