摘要
目的:对产后出血的原因及急救措施进行分析。方法:收治产后出血患者80例,对患者发生产后出血的原因进行分析并采取针对性的急救措施,观察患者的临床疗效。结果:产后出血患者的原因为子宫收缩乏力、胎盘粘连、前置胎盘、胎盘植入、胎盘早剥和软产道裂伤;对所有患者实施急救措施后均获得好转和痊愈,治疗总有效率100%。结论:对产后出血患者的出血原因进行分析和实施急救措施有助于提高患者的治疗效果。
Objective:To analyze the causes and emergency measures of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected.We analyzed the causes of postpartum hemorrhage and targeted emergency measures,and observed the clinical effect.Results:The reasons for the postpartum hemorrhage were uterine inertia,placenta accreta,placenta previa,placenta accreta,placental abruption and soft birth canal laceration,the implementation of emergency measures in all patients and then they were obtained improvement and recovery.The total efficiency of 100%.Conclusion:Analyzing causes and emergency measures of postpartum hemorrhage is helpful to improve patient outcomes.
