摘要
目的:探讨耳内镜下复方酮康唑软膏、氧化锌软膏治疗慢性外耳道炎的疗效。方法:收治慢性外耳道炎患者82例,耳内镜下外耳道涂抹复方酮康唑、氧化锌软膏等治疗。结果:1周后复诊,治愈58例,治愈率70.7%;2周后复诊,治愈74例,治愈率90.2%,治疗效果满意。结论:耳内镜下采用复方酮康唑软膏、氧化锌软膏等治疗慢性外耳道炎具有满意的疗效。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of under endotoscope compound ketoconazole ointment and zinc oxide ointment in the treatment of chronic otitis externa.Methods:82 patients with chronic otitis externa were selected.They were given compound ketoconazole and zinc oxide ointment treatment in external auditory canal under endotoscope.Results:After 1 week of subsequent visit,58 cases were cured,the cure rate was 70.7%.After 2 weeks of subsequent visit,74 cases were cured,the cure rate was 90.2%.The treatment effect was satisfactory.Conclusion:Using compound ketoconazole ointment and zinc oxide ointment under endotoscope in the treatment of chronic otitis externa have satisfactory curative effect.
