摘要
目的:分析肾癌患者心理抑郁情况,以便总结经验,寻找对策,降低抑郁率的发生。方法:采用SDS抑郁自评量表结合因素调查表,用问卷调查方法进行测评。结果:48例患者抑郁情况均有改善,发生率从77%降低到46%。结论:肾癌患者发生抑郁的心理应激较为常见,护理人员要采用各种方式做好心理护理,可以降低抑郁发生率。
Objective:To analyze the mental depression condition of patients with renal cancer,in order to sum up the experience, to find out the countermeasures,to reduce the incidence of depression rate.Methods:Using the SDS self rating depression scale combined with career factor inventory,using the questionnaire survey method was evaluated.Results:The depression conditions of 48 patients were all improved,the incidence rate from 77% decreased to 46% .Conclusion:The renal cancer patients with depression of psychological stress is common.The nursing staff should adopt a variety of ways to do psychological nursing.It can reduce the incidence rate of depression.
