摘要
目的:比较门冬胰岛素和人胰岛素强化治疗内科危重症高血糖患者的临床效果。方法:收治内科危重症高血糖患者132例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各66例,均给予常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予人胰岛素强化治疗,观察组给予门冬胰岛素强化治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的低血糖发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:临床上治疗内科危重症高血糖患者,在常规治疗的基础上配合门冬胰岛素强化治疗效果更为显著。
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of intensive aspart and human insulin treated on patients with critical illness hyperglycemia in the department of internal medicine.Methods:132 patients with critical illness hyperglycemia in the department of internal medicine were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 66 cases in each.All of them were given conventional treatment.Based on those treatment,patients in the control group were also given human insulin intensive treatment,while the observation group were given intensive aspart,then we compared the difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Intensive aspart therapy based on conventional treatment in patients with critical illness hyperglycemia in the department of internal medicine has remarkable clinical effect.
