摘要
目的:探讨脑血管病后症状性癫痫的临床治疗与效果。方法:收治脑血管病后症状性癫痫患者50例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。两组均给予临床常规护理,观察组给予丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率和治疗总满意度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑血管病后症状性癫痫患者给予相应的常规治疗与丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,效果显著,可提高患者对治疗的满意度。
Objective:To explore the clinical treatment and effect of symptomatic epilepsy after cerebrovascular disease.Methods:50 patients with symptomatic epilepsy after cerebrovascular disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 cases in each.The two groups were given clinical routine nursing.The observation group was given magnesium valproate sustained release tablets treatment.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate and treatment total satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with symptomatic epilepsy after cerebrovascular disease are given corresponding routine treatment and magnesium valproate sustained release tablets treatment.Its effect is significant.It can improve the satisfaction of patients for treatment.
