摘要
目的:探讨老年人枣核致肠穿孔的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析枣核致肠穿孔患者5例的临床资料。结果:回肠穿孔3例,乙状结肠穿孔2例。术前误诊4例(80%)。1例乙状结肠穿孔患者行直接修补,1例乙状结肠穿孔患者取出枣核后作乙状结肠造瘘。结论:老年人枣核致肠穿孔缺乏特异性临床表现,术前误诊率高。术前详细询问病史、早期正确诊断、及时合理的外科手术治疗是保证疗效的关键。
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of the elderly with intestinal perforation caused by date pit.Methods:The clinical data of 5 cases of patients with intestinal perforation caused by date pit were analyzed retrospectively.Results:3 cases were ileal perforation,2 cases were sigmoid perforation.4 cases were preoperative misdiagnosed(80%).One case of patients with sigmoid perforation were repaired directly,one case of patients with sigmoid perforation were given sigmoid fistula after taking the date pit out.Conclusion:The elderly with intestinal perforation caused by date pit lacked specific clinical manifestations.The preoperative misdiagnosis rate was high.Preoperative detailed history,early correct diagnosis,timely and reasonable surgical treatment were the key to ensure curative effect.
