摘要
目的:分析和探讨黄连相关中药复方在糖尿病及其并发症中的治疗效果。方法:收治糖尿病患者76例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例。两组均给予降糖药治疗,观察组加用黄连相关中药复方治疗。1个疗程后观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率92.11%,明显优于对照组的65.79%(P<0.05)。结论:采用黄连相关中药复方治疗糖尿病及其并发症的效果比单独服用降糖药效果更加显著,且安全可靠,不良反应少,有效地提高了糖尿病患者生活质量。
Objective:To analyze and explore the treatment effects of coptis chinensis relevant traditional Chinese medicine compound in diabetes and its complications.Methods:76 patients with diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 cases in each.The two groups were given hypoglycemic drug treatment,and the observation group was given coptis chinensis relevant traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment.The treatment effects were observed after 1 course.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate(92.11% ) of the observation group was better than 65.79% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of using coptis chinensis relevant traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of diabetes and its complications is more significant than the effect of alone taking hypoglycemic drugs. It is safe and reliable,it has less adverse reactions,and it effectively improves the life quality of patients with diabetes.
