摘要
目的:观察不同浓度亚甲蓝对环状混合痔外剥内扎术后止痛效果。方法:将100例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,均采用外剥内扎术。治疗组给予1 mg/m L亚甲蓝,对照组给予0.5 mg/m L亚甲蓝,比较两组术后疼痛评分、创面愈合时间。结果:治疗组术后疼痛评分与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组创面愈合时间与对照组相比差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:1 mg/m L浓度亚甲蓝注射液对环状混合痔外剥内扎术后止痛效果优于0.5 mg/m L浓度亚甲蓝注射液。
Objective:To explore the postoperative analgesic effect of different concentration of methylene blue on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated with milligan-morgan operation.Methods:100 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were divided into the treatment group with 50 cases and the control group with 50 cases,which were given milligan-morgan operation.The treatment group were given 1 mg/m L methylene blue,and the control group were given 0.5 mg/m L methylene blue.The postoperative pain score and healing time of the two groups were compared.Results:There was significant difference of postoperative pain score between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of healing time between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 mg/m L methylene blue injection had better postoperative analgesic effect on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated with milligan-morgan operation than 0.5 mg/m L methylene blue injection.
