摘要
目的:探讨危机管理在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法:收治患者100例作为研究组,同期选取同症患者100例作为对照组。研究组实施危机管理措施,对照组未实施危机管理措施,对比危机管理在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。结果:研究组出现危机事件1例,抢救成功88例,病历书写合格87例,患者满意度98.3%;对照组出现危机事件3例,抢救成功65例,病历书写合格60例,患者满意度85.6%。两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊护理管理过程中实施危机管理措施能够提高患者满意度和抢救成功率。
Objective:To explore the effect of application of crisis management in emergency nursing management.Methods:100 patients were selected as the study group;at the same time,100 patients with the same disease were selected as the control group;the study group was given the crisis management measures,the control group was not given the crisis management measures.We compared the effect of application of crisis management in emergency nursing management.Results:In the study group,1 case had crisis events,88 cases were successful rescue,87 cases of writing were qualified,patient satisfaction was 98.3% ;in the control group,3 cases had crisis events,65 cases were successful rescue,60 cases of writing were qualified,patient satisfaction was 85.6%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the emergency nursing management process,the application of crisis management can improve the patient satisfaction and success rate of rescue.
