摘要
目的:探讨龈下根治和根面平整联合局部用药治疗牙周病的临床疗效。方法:2013年1月-2014年8月收治牙周病患者60例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组给予常规龈上洁治术,4周后根据患牙具体情况给予SRP治疗。结果:观察组痊愈85颗,显效9颗,有效4颗,无效2颗,总有效率98.0%;对照组痊愈60颗,显效11颗,有效5颗,无效24颗,总有效率76.0%。治疗前,两组患者MD、PD、SBI、PLI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组MD、PD、SBI、PLI明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龈下根治和根面平整联合局部用药治疗牙周病疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of subgingival eradication and root planning combined with local medication in the treatment of periodontal disease.Methods:60 patients with periodontal disease were selected from January 2013 to August 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.There was 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional supragingival scaling, after 4 weeks,the patients were given SRP treatment according to the specific situation of offending teeth.Results:In the observation group,85 teeth were cured,9 teeth were markedly effective,4 teeth were effective,2 teeth were invalid,the total effective rate was 98%.In the control group,60 teeth were cured,11 teeth were markedly effective,5 teeth were effective,24 teeth were invalid,the total effective rate was 76.0%.Before treatment,MD,PD,SBI,PLI of patients in two groups were compared with no statistically significant(P>0.05).Before and after treatment were compared with statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,MD,PD,SBI,PLI of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Subgingival eradication and root planning combined with local medication in the treatment of periodontal disease has significant curative effect.It is worthy of promotion.
