摘要
毛细血管渗漏综合征(CLS)是指因各种致病因素造成毛细血管内皮损伤,血管通透性增加而引起大量血浆蛋白及血浆外渗到组织间隙,从而出现组织间隙水肿、低蛋白血症、低血容量休克、急性肾缺血等病理变化的一组临床综合征。引起CLS的病因有多种。加强护理是抢救成功的关键,本文主要介绍了15例CLS患者的护理。
Capillary leak syndrome is the capillary endothelial injury caused by a variety of pathogenic factors,vascular permeability increase and cause a large number of plasma protein and plasma extravasation into the organization's clearance,thus appeared interstitial edema,hypoalbuminemia,low blood volume shock,acute renal ischemic pathological changes such as a set of clinical syndrome.CLS havs many causes.Strenthing the nursing was the key of the success of cure.In this text,the author introduced the nursing of 15 cases.
