摘要
目的:观察耳内镜下经外耳道耳垂脂肪组织鼓膜修补的临床疗效。方法:2013年3月-2014年5月收治鼓膜穿孔患者30例(30耳),总结各种病因、不同大小的穿孔愈合情况及听力改善情况。结果:30例患者术后随访6个月~1年,其中28例1次手术治愈,2例经2次修补后穿孔愈合。所有患者均无并发症发生,穿孔愈合后做听力检查平均听阈提高>10 d B,气骨导间距<15 d B。结论:耳内镜下耳垂脂肪组织鼓膜修补是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of ear lobe fat tympanic membrane repair under ear endoscope.Methods:30 cases(30 ears) patients with Perforation of tympanic membrane were selected from March 2013 to May 2014.We summarized the various causes,different size of perforation healing and hearing improvement.Results:30 patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year;28 cases were cured with one operation;perforation was healing of 2 cases with two patches.All the patients had no complications.After perforation healing,patients were given hearing tests.The average hearing threshold was increased by more than 10 dB,and air bone gap was less than 15 dB.Conclusion:Ear lobe fat tympanic membrane repair under ear endoscope was a safe,effective treatment method.It was worthy of clinical application.
