摘要
目的:探讨刮宫术中子宫穿孔的护理措施,为临床提供更多参考。方法:2013年1-4月收治刮宫术患者200例,其中发生子宫穿孔3例,对这3例子宫穿孔患者实施护理干预。结果:通过科学合理的护理干预后,3例子宫穿孔患者均痊愈。结论:刮宫术中发生子宫穿孔,护理人员应密切配合医师对患者进行抢救,根据患者实际情况进行对症治疗,并强化护理干预力度,为患者良好预后奠定基础。
Objective:To explore the nursing measures in the curettage of uterine perforation,in order to provide more reference for clinical.Methods:200 patients with curettage were selected from January to April of 2013,in which 3 cases occurred uterine perforation.Nursing intervention were given to those 3 patients with uterine perforation.Results:Through scientific and rational nursing intervention,3 patients with uterine perforation were recured.Conclusion:When uterine perforation occurred in the curettage,nurses should closely cooperated with doctors to rescue patients,give symptomatic treatment according to the actual situation of patients,and strengthen nursing intervention efforts at the same time,in order to make foundation for a good prognosis.
