摘要
目的:通过总结孕妇妊娠剧吐的治疗方法,分析发病原因,提高认识。方法:对38例孕妇妊娠剧吐患者的发病年龄、妊娠次数,临床症状、体征、治疗方法进行分析,总结其临床特点。结果:本组病例中全部治愈,随访致怀孕6个月继续妊娠情况良好,及时补液支持治疗、加强教育、加强心理疏导是防治的关键。结论:心理治疗加补液治疗妊娠剧吐效果满意,适合基层卫生院推广使用。
Objective:Through summarizing the treatment method of pregnant hyperemesis gravidarum,we analyzed the cause of the disease,in order to improve the understanding.Methods:We analyzed the age of onset,number of pregnancy,clinical symptoms and signs,treatment methods of 48 cases of pregnant patients with hyperemesis gravidarum,and summarized its clinical characteristics.Results:In this group cases were all cured.They were followed by 6 months of pregnancy to pregnancy in good condition.Fluid and timely support treatment,strengthening education,strengthen psychological guidance were the keys to the prevention and control.Conclusion: Psychotherapy and rehydration treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum are satisfied.It is suitable for basic-level hospitals.
