摘要
目的:探讨脊柱胸腰段骨折脱位的临床特点,总结手术治疗方法。方法:2011年7月-2014年6月收治胸腰段骨折脱位患者35例,其中行前路减压复位固定术3例,后路椎弓根内固定30例,前后路同时手术2例。观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果:患者椎体间脱位完全复位33例(94.3%);椎体前缘压缩高度恢复正常32例(91.4%);术后随访,患者神经功能Frankel分级明显改善。结论:对于胸腰段骨折脱位患者而言,根据患者的病情选择合适的手术治疗方案,能够使骨折脱位恢复正常,并有效改善患者的神经功能。
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of the fracture and dislocation of thoracolumbar spine,to summarize the operation treatment.Methods:35 patients with thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation were selected from July 2011 to June 2014,including 3 cases of anterior decompression and reduction fixation,posterior pedicle screw internal fixation in 30 cases,and 2 cases of anterior and posterior operation.We investigated the clinical therapeutic effect of patients.Results:Patients with vertebrae dislocation reset completely in 33 cases (94.3%);the anterior vertebral compression height restorated to normal in 32 cases(91.4% );we follow-up in postoperative,the Frankel grade of the patients'' nerve function was improved obviously. Conclusion:For thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation patients,we choose the suitable operation treatment according to the patient''s condition,which can make the fracture dislocation return to normal,and improve the neurological function effectively.
