摘要
目的:探讨慢性盆腔炎有效的治疗方法。方法:慢性盆腔炎患者92例,随机分为两组,观察组采用抗生素联合妇科千金胶囊,对照组仅采用抗生素治疗。结果:观察组疗效明显高于对照组,且观察组腹痛、子宫压痛、盆腔积液以及包块的临床症状缓解率明显高于对照组。结论:抗生素联合妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎具有显著的临床疗效,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the effective treatment method of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:92 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group were given antibiotics combined with Fu Ke Qian Jin capsule.The control group were only treated with antibiotics.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the clinical symptom remission rates of abdominal pain, uterine tenderness,pelvic cavity effusion and bag piece of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:Antibiotic combined with Fu Ke Qian Jin capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has significant clinical effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
