摘要
目的:探讨心宝丸治疗高龄患者窦性心动过缓的临床疗效。方法:2008年6月-2013年6月收治窦性心动过缓患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组口服心宝丸,对照组口服安慰剂,分别标为A和B 2种代号。治疗共分为3个阶段:1随机分组患者口服A药或B药,10丸/次,3次/d,12周后评定疗效;2所有患者停药2周;3患者交换口服A药或B药,服用方法和剂量同第2阶段,12周后评价疗效。结果:治疗组证候改善总有效率80%,对照组为15%;治疗组24 h动态心电图改善总有效率85%,对照组为5%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中胃部不适6例、口干4例,对照组中胃部不适4例,均未影响继续服药,未发现其他不良反应。结论:心宝丸可以改善高龄窦性心动过缓患者的中医证候,提高心率,能够起到标本兼治的作用,且安全性较好,是中药治疗高龄患者窦性心动过缓的有效治疗方法。
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Xin Bao pill in the treatment of elderly patients with sinus bradycardia.Methods: 80 patients with sinus bradycardia from June 2008 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated with Xin Bao pill.The control group were given oral placebo,and they were marked A and B two code respectively.The treatment was divided into 3 stages:1the patients were randomly assigned to oral A drugs or B pills,10 pills/time,3 times/d,and the curative effect was evaluated after 12 weeks;2all patients discontinued 2weeks;3the patients exchanged oral A or B medicine,with the method and dosage same as the two stage,and the curative effect was evaluated after 12 weeks.Result: The total effective of symptoms of the treatment group was 80%,and that of control group was15%;the total effective of ECG of the treatment group was 85%,and that of the control group was 5%;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,6 cases had stomach discomfort and 4 cases had dryness of the mouth;in the control group,4 cases had stomach discomfort.They were not influence to continue the medication,and there was no other adverse reaction.Conclusion:Xin Bao pill can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in elderly sinus bradycardia patients and increase the heart rate,which can play a role in tackling the problem,and the security is good.It is an effective treatment method of the traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of elderly patients with sinus tachycardia.
