摘要
目的:分析胆道再次手术的临床处理要点。方法:2012年3月-2014年3月收治胆道再次手术患者128例,研究进行再次手术的原因,以及所采用的手术方式,临床处理的要点进行总结。结果:胆道再次手术的主要原因是胆管结石,主要的处理方式是切开胆管清除结石,同时使用T管进行引流。结论:在实施手术之前一定要充分准备,在手术过程中仔细探查,然后再选择得当的手术方式进行处理,从而能更很好地避免进行再次手术和增加患者的痛苦。
Objective:To explore the clinical treatment of re operation of bile duct.Methods:128 patients with biliary tract reoperation were selected from March 2012 to March 2014.We studied the reasons of reoperation,and the operation method adopted,and summed up the main points of clinical treatment.Results:The main reason of reoperation of biliary tract was calculus of bile duct.The main approach was cutting the biliary clearance of stones,at the same time,taking drainage with T tube.Conclusion:.Before the implementation of the operation,we must be fully prepared.During the operation,we must make a careful exploration,then choose proper surgical methods for processing.Thus we can better avoid reoperation and increasing the suffering of patients.
