摘要
目的:探讨路径式管理在跌倒高风险患者中的运用效果。方法:把临床路径理论运用到跌倒高风险患者管理中。结果:实施路径式管理后跌倒高风险患者中无一例跌倒。结论:路径式管理运用到跌倒高风险患者管理中是非常有效的模式。
Objective:To investigate the effect of using path management in falls patients at high risk.Methods:We took the clinical path theory to the management of fall patients at high risk.Results:After the implementation of path management,there were no 1 high risk fall patients falled.Conclusion:The path management applied to the management of fall patients with high risk is a very effective model.
