摘要
目的:通过总结18例痔术后大出血的护理过程,规范相应的护理措施及护理路径,有助于促进患者早日康复,提高治疗效果。方法:2010年6月-2014年6月收治痔出血患者16例,均采用手术止血,术后予以细致的护理。结果:共救治16例,未出现死亡病例,无复发出血。结论:防止痔术后大出血应以预防为主,在规范手术止血的同时,对患者术后严密观察,实施针对性护理尤为重要。
Objective:To summarize the nursing process of 18 cases of large hemorrhage after hemorrhoids operation,standardize corresponding nursing measures and path,helped to promote early rehabilitation of patients,and improved the therapeutic effect.Methods: 16 patients with hemorrhoid hemorrhage were selected from June 2010 to June 2014.We adopted operation hemostasis,and they were given postoperative improvement nursing care.Results:We treated 16 cases,no deaths,no recurrence of bleeding.Conclusion:To prevent hemorrhoids postoperative bleeding should be based on prevention.At the same time of the norms of operation bleeding,the patients should be observed after operation.The implementation of specific care is also very important.
