摘要
目的:探讨交锁髓内钉固定治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效及术后并发症发生率。方法:2008年1月-2012年12月收治肱骨干骨折患者50例,使用交锁髓内钉固定进行治疗,对患者的术后并发症进行分析。结果:50例肱骨干骨折患者中,共出现19例术后并发症,分别是骨不连、近端锁钉突出、肘关节损伤、骨折端分离、深部感染、肩关节损伤、医源性骨折、桡神经损伤以及成角畸形等,并发症发生率28%。结论:交锁髓内钉固定在肱骨干骨折治疗中的应用,不仅创伤小,手术所需时间短,而且并发症发生率较低,患者短时间内能对患肢进行锻炼,成为肱骨干骨折治疗的首选方法。
Objective:To investigate the complications occurred in the treatment of interlocking intramedullary nail fixation on humeral shaft fracture after operation.Methods:50 patients with fracture of humeral shaft were selected from January 2008 to December 2012.They were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation,and analyzed the complications after operation.Results:Among 50 patients with humeral shaft fracture,19 cases had complications after operation,which were nonunion of proximal locking,prominent,elbow injury,fracture separation,and also deep infection,shoulder joint injury,iatrogenic fracture,injury of the radial nerve and angular deformity respectively.The complication rate was 28%.Conclusion:The interlocking intramedullary nail applicated in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures has little trauma,and also has short operation time,in addation,it complication rate is less.It makes sure that the patients can exercise limbs any time soon,so it becomes the preferred method in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture.
