摘要
目的:分析探究护理干预对脑卒中患者在社区进行康复的疗效。方法:2010年1月-2014年1月收治脑卒中患者92例,经过患者同意后对其进行调查研究,将患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组40例,观察组52例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取护理干预方式进行护理。对照组与观察组分别在接受护理干预前、接受护理干预30 d左右、接受护理干预90 d左右以及接受护理干预180 d左右进行检查,比较两组的疗效。结果:在进行护理前,对照组与观察组在病情方面并无较大差别,在进行护理后,观察组在进行护理干预后的30 d、90 d以及180 d进行的治疗情况评定上均优于对照组,且差距越来越大。结论:对患者进行护理干预,实行有针对性的护理对于脑卒中患者的康复有着十分明显的作用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on patient rehabilitation in the community.Methods:92 patients with stroke were selected from January 2010 to January 2014.After the patients' consent to carry on the investigation and study,the patients were random Ly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in the control group,52 cases in the observation group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received nursing intervention.Patients in two groups were inspected before nursing intervention,care intervention after 30 days,90 days,180 days.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:Before nursing,the control group and the observation group had no difference in disease.Evaluating the treatment conditions of the observation group with nursing intervention after 30 days,90 days and 180 days,they were better than the control group,and the gap was growing.Conclusion:Nursing intervention for patients and the implementation of targeted treatments for patients with stroke have a very significant role.
