摘要
目的:探讨护理保健在胃溃疡患者中的临床效果观察。方法:利用随机数字表法将研究对象分为试验组和对照组,分别给予相应的护理保健和常规护理措施。结果:试验组中治疗有效率92.5%,对照组的治疗有效率75.0%,治疗组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.50,P=0.03);试验组的不良事件发生率2.5%,对照组的不良事件发生率20.0%,试验组的不良事件发生率低于对照组的不良事件发生率,两组相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.89,P=0.015)。结论:合理有效地对胃溃疡患者进行护理,可以提高治愈水平,降低不良事件发生率,在临床工作中要加强对胃溃疡患者的护理保健。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing care of patients with gastric ulcer.Methods:Using random number table method,subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group.They were given corresponding nursing care and nursing measures.Results:In the experimental group,the effective rate was 92.5%.In control group,the effective rate was 75%.The effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( χ2=4.50,P=0.03).In the experimental group,the rate of adverse events was 1.7%,while in the control group,the incidence of adverse events was 13.3%.The incidence of adverse events of the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.89,P=0.015).Conclusion:The reasonable,effective nursing on patients with gastric ulcer can improve the cure level and reduce the incidence of adverse events.In clinical work,we must strengthen the nursing care of patients with gastric ulcer.
