摘要
目的:探讨中药辅助治疗急性重症胰腺炎及护理的效果。方法:2009年1月-2013年6月收治急性重症胰腺炎患者41例,对其进行综合治疗的同时,辅助应用生大黄保留灌肠、生大黄+芒硝腹部外敷,同时做好患者用药前后的护理。结果:41例患者腹胀程度均有不同程度减轻。结论:生大黄保留灌肠及配合芒硝外敷可改善急性重症胰腺炎的病理过程,促进胃肠功能恢复。护理需要严格遵循操作规范和护理路径,从而确保达到最佳的治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis.Methods:41 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected from January 2009 to June 2013.They were given comprehensive treatment,auxiliary application of rhubarb retention enema,rhubarb and mangxiao at the same time.Meanwhile,nursing care were given on the patients before and after the treatment.Results:Abdominal distension degree of all the 41 patients have different degrees of ease.Conclusion:Rhubarb retention enema combined with external application of mirabilite can improve the pathological process of acute severe pancreatitis,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.Nursing care need to follow the standard operation and nursing path strictly,so as to ensure to achieve the best treatment effect.
