摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用价值。方法:2012年1月-2013年12月收治老年性脑梗死患者60例,作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,各30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予优质护理服务干预,对两组护理效果及满意度进行比较。结果:观察组护理满意24例,基本满意5例,护理总满意率96.67%;对照组护理满意15例,基本满意10例,总满意率83.33%,观察组护理总满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强老年性脑梗死患者优质护理干预,能有效缩短住院时间,患者满意度高。
Objective:To explore the application value of high quality nursing service in the elderly cerebral infarction nursing.Methods:60 cases of elderly cerebral infarction patients were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.They were as the research objects,then they were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each.The control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group were given high quality nursing care intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,24 cases were nursing satisfaction;5 cases were basic satisfaction;the nursing total satisfaction rate was 96.67%.In the control group,15 cases were nursing satisfaction;10 cases were basic satisfaction;the nursing total satisfaction rate was 83.33%.The nursing total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the high quality nursing intervention in the elderly cerebral infarction nursing can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and improve high patient satisfaction.
