摘要
目的:探讨手术内固定治疗不稳定骨盆骨折的治疗方法。方法:2008年1月-2012年1月收治不稳定骨盆骨折患者40例,以切开复位内固定法对患者进行治疗,术后对患者进行随访,了解患者的基本康复情况。结果:患者术后6~18个月内进行随访,其中36例患者于术后6个月获得骨性痊愈,4例患者在术后6.5个月获得骨性痊愈,未出现骨折不愈合或旋转畸形等情况。患者的满意率达到90.0%。结论:切开复位内固定法治疗不稳定骨盆骨折临床效果显著,患者满意率高,该手术方法值得在临床上推广。
Objective:To investigate the method of operation internal fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture.Methods:40 cases with unstable pelvic fractures were selected from January 2008 to January 2012.They were treated with open reduction and internal fixation,followed up after the surgery,in order to acquaintance the basic rehabilitation of patients.Results:They were followed-up the 6th^18th months after the surgery.36 cases obtained bone healing at 6 months after the operation.4 cases obtained bone healing at 6.5 months after operation.There were no nonunion or rotational deformity occurred.Patient satisfaction rate was 90%.Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture has significant clinical effect.Patient satisfaction rate was high.It should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
