摘要
目的:了解重性精神障碍在我市的发现率,探讨如何提高重性精神障碍的识别能力及采取相应对策。方法:2014年3月31日对长春市所属的10个行政区,包括66个社区卫生服务中心进行重性精神障碍管理情况上报比较。结果:66个社区卫生服务中心只有1个按国家要求完成任务。结论:提高社区医生对精神障碍的识别能力是当前亟待解决的主要问题。
Objective:To understand the heavy mental disorder found rate in our city,and to investigate how to improve the recognition ability of heavy mental disorder and corresponding countermeasures.Methods:We compared the report of the management of severe mental disorders in 10 administrative area of Changchun city,including 66 community health service centers in 31 March 2014.Results:In 66 community health service center,only 1 case completed the task according to the national requirements.Conclusion:To improve the recognition ability of community doctors to mental disorder is the main problem to solve.
