摘要
目的:探讨对乳癌根治术治疗的乳腺癌患者进行心理护理的措施及其临床应用效果。方法:2010-2013年收治应用乳癌根治术治疗的乳腺癌患者80例,将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组单纯接受乳癌根治术治疗及常规护理措施,观察组在对照组治疗护理基础上应用心理护理,对两组心理情况进行比较。结果:对患者心理评估主要包括了视觉模拟量表(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)3个方面,护理前两组心理状况对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组心理状况相对于对照组有显著优越性,对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组进行生活质量评估,观察组相对于对照组有显著优越性,对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于接受乳癌根治术治疗的乳腺癌患者要充分认识其心理特点并针对性地给予心理护理干预措施,能够显著改善患者负面情绪,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on breast cancer radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients and its clinical application of measures.Methods:80 cases with breast cancer underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer were selected from 2010 to 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group only received radical mastectomy for breast cancer and conventional nursing,and the observation group were given psychological nursing care on the basis of the control group.Then we compared the patients psychological condition between two groups.Results:The psychological evaluation mainly includes 3 aspects of the visual analogue scale(VAS),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Zung's self rating Depression Scale(SDS). Before the nursing,the difference of the psychological status of two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the nursing care,patients psychological status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients quality of life of the observation group was significant more superiority than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:We should be fully aware of the psychological characteristics in patients with breast cancer who accepted radical mastectomy for breast cancer and provided psychological nursing intervention.It can improve patients negative emotions significantly,and improve their quality of life,so it has important application value,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
