摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法:2013年3月-2014年3月收治突发性耳聋患者48例,随机分为两组,对照组采用西医治疗的方法,观察组采用中西医结合治疗的方法,治疗1个月后比较两组治疗效果、症状改善情况等。结果:观察组治疗有效率91.67%,高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组耳聋、耳鸣、耳堵闷感、眩晕等症状改善时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋疗效显著,改善症状效果明显,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods:48 cases with sudden deafness were selected from March 2013 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given the western medicine treatment.The observation group were given the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.After 1 month of treatment,the treatment effects and the improvement of the symptoms of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was91.67%,which was higher than 75% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The deafness,tinnitus,ear plug stuffy feeling,dizziness and other symptoms of the observation group improved significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness has significant effect.Its effct of symptom improvement is obvious.It has positive clinical significance.
