摘要
目的:分析探讨吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:选取120例高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组60例。研究组给予吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗,对照组给予硝苯地平控释片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率85.0%,对照组总有效率50.0%,研究组血压指标改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后血脂指标改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组心绞痛病症治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高血压合并冠心病患者行吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗可以控制病情,疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical effect of indapamide combined with amlodipine in the treatment of coronary heart disease patient with hypertension.Methods:120 cases of coronary heart disease patient with hypertension were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The study group were given indapamide combined with amlodipine treatment.The control group were given nifedipine controlled release tablet treatment.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 85.0%.The total effective rate of the control group was 50.0%.The blood pressure index of patients of the study group improved significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid index of the study group improved significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of heart disease treatment of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Indapamide combined with amlodipine in the treatment of coronary heart disease patient with hypertension can control the disease.Its curative effect is significant.It is worthy of popularization and application.
