摘要
腹部闭合性损伤是临床常见创伤,由于病情复杂,病情转变快,明确诊断所需流程多,早期诊断困难,如临床判断或处理不当可能引起严重后果。2005年1月-2013年1月收治腹部闭合性损伤患者117例,总结临床诊治情况,结合文献提出腹部闭合性损伤的"动态相"和"时效性",强调对不典型病例的临床动态观察和重复使用特殊检查的"动态相"和明确为腹内脏器损伤,必须及时急诊进行手术探查的"时效性",总结了腹部脏器各种闭合损伤的手术原则。
The abdominal closed injury is a common trauma symptoms.Due to the complex condition,the condition change fast,and clear diagnosis required flow,so it is difficult for early diagnosis[1].If the clinical judgment or improper treatment may cause serious consequences.117 cases with blunt abdominal injury were selected from January 2005 to January 2013,and summarized the situation of their clinical diagnosis and treatment.Combined the literature of closed abdominal injury 'dynamic' and 'timeliness',we emphasized the clinical dynamic observation of atypical cases and the 'dynamic phase' of the repeated examinations and if expressly for the injury of abdominal organs,the 'timeliness' of explorated emergency operation.We summarised the operation principle of closed injury of abdominal organs.
