摘要
目的:糖尿病属于慢性疾病,目前糖尿病尚没有有效的治愈方法,通过饮食控制、运动干预以及药物治疗可有效控制患者血糖。临床上对患者血糖的检测主要是通过血糖仪测定患者空腹及餐后2小时血糖以判断患者血糖水平。准确测定患者血糖可为患者治疗提供可靠的指导,在日常生活中患者为了方便了解自身血糖水平通常采用血糖仪进行血糖自我检测,但大部分患者由于缺乏相关的专业知识导致测定结果误差较大,从而影响患者治疗方案的制定。通过对该类患者进行护理指导,可加强患者对血糖仪工作原理的了解,从而提高血糖仪的正确使用率。
Diabetes is a chronic disease.At present,there is no cure for diabetes.Through diet,exercise and drug treatment can effectively control blood glucose.In clinic,we determine the patient's blood sugar level with the detection of fasting and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose.The accurate determination of blood glucose can provide reliable guidance for patients.In daily life, patients often take blood glucose meter for self monitoring of blood glucose to understand their blood sugar levels.However,the error of determination results is larger because most patients are lack of professional knowledge.These will influence the formulation of treatment project.Through nursing instruction on this kind of patients,patients can improve understanding of blood glucose meter work principle,so as to improve the rate of correct use of blood glucose meter.
