血清同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白水平与急性脑梗死发病的关系 被引量:3

The relationship between the level of serum homocysteine and high sensitivity C reactive protein with pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的改变与急性脑梗死(ACI)患者发病的相关联系性,为ACI的预防、评估病情、协助治疗提供临床依据。方法:2013年1月-2014年1月收治急性脑梗死患者132例,根据既往是否发生过脑梗死分为初发组69例,复发组63例,同期来源体检的健康者60例作为对照组,测定各组的Hcy、hs-CRP并进行统计分析。结果:初发组、复发组患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平分别与对照组进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。初发组与复发组患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同程度功能障碍患者其血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平与功能障碍严重程度呈正相关。结论:在急性脑梗死患者中,其血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平均升高,同时复发患者水平高于初发者,且其水平与功能障碍严重程度呈正相关,是急性脑梗死的危险因素之一。 Objective:To discuss the relationship between the level of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)with pathogenesis of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI),to provide clinical basis for prevention, evaluating, assist cure of ACI.Methods:To admit 132 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction from January 2013 to January 2014,according to the past whether cerebral infarction,132 cases were divided into the primary group in 69 cases and the recurrent group in 63 cases.60 cases of healthy people with physical examination at the same time the source as the control group. Measure Hcy,hs-CRP of each group and statistical analysis.Results:Serum Hcy,hs-CRP levels of the primary group and the recurrence group were respectively compared with the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Comparing serum Hcy, hs-CRP levels of the primary group and the recurrence group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing serum Hcy, hs-CRP levels of patients with different degree dysfunction were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the serum Hcy,hs-CRP levels were positively correlated with the severity of dysfunction.Conclusion:In patients with acute cerebral infarction,the serum Hcy,hs-CRP levels were elevated,at the same time,the levels of patients with recurrence are higher than the primary patients,and its level are positively correlated with the severity of dysfunction,so it is one of the risk factors of acute cerebral infarction.
