摘要
目的:探讨无创机械通气在呼吸衰竭中的治疗效果。方法:2009年1月-2014年2月收治呼吸衰竭患者30例,所有病例接受无创机械通气治疗。通过观察呼吸衰竭患者在接受无创机械通气治疗前后pH值、心率、氧分压、呼吸频率以及二氧化碳分压等指标的改善情况来评定治疗效果。结果:呼吸衰竭患者治疗前与治疗后pH、PaO2和PaCO2等血气指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后患者的pH、PaO2显著增高,PaCO2明显降低。患者治疗前与治疗后HR比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗前与治疗后SNP、DBP指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有患者接受治疗后,有1例出现胃肠胀气,并没有出现气压伤、皮肤压疮以及相关肺炎等反应。结论:无创通气治疗能明显改善患者的临床症状,安全有效,值得推广。
Objective:To discuss the treatment effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in respiratory failure.Methods:To admit 30 cases of patients with respiratory failure form January 2009 to February 2014,all patients underwent noninvasive mechanical ventilation treatment.Through the observation pH value,heart rate,oxygen partial pressure,respiratory rate and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide and other indicators of patients with respiratory failure before and after noninvasive mechanical ventilation treatment to evaluate the treatment effect.Results:To compare the PH,PaO2and PaCO2blood gas indexes of patients with respiratory failure before and after treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05).after the treatment,PH,PaO2 increased significantly,PaCO2decreased significantly;to compare HR of the patient before and after treatment, there was significant difference(P<0.05);SNP,DBP index contrast of patients before and after treatment, there was not significant difference(P>0.05). All of the patients after treatment,1 cases had flatulence,and no barotrauma,skin ulcer and related pneumonia reaction.Conclusion: Noninvasive mechanical ventilation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,safe and effective,worthy of promotion.
