摘要
目的:分析社区干预对老年高血压患者服药依从性的影响。方法:2012年12月收治高血压患者86例,给予规范化社区干预,比较干预前、后服药依从性和知晓率的变化。结果:干预前、后患者服药依从性和知晓率分别为29.06%、32.55%和90.69%、93.02%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化的社区干预,顺应基层医院改革需求,是提高高血压患者服药依从性的有效途径,值得在基层医院进一步探索。
Objective:To analyze the influence of community intervention on drug compliance in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods:To admit 86 cases of patients with hypertension in December 2012,to give the standardized community intervention, compare the chang of medication adherence and awareness before and after intervention.Results:The medication adherence and awareness before and after intervention were respectively 29.06%,32.55% and 90.69%,93.02%,after statistics analysis,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized community intervention,comply with the reform requirements in primary hospital,is a effective way to improve medication adherence of hypertension patients,it is worth further exploration in basic hospital.
