摘要 目的:探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)联合降钙素原(PCT)在发热患者诊断中的应用。方法:选取发热待查患者130例,根据患者临床症状、病原学和影像学资料,将130例患者分为细菌感染组和非细菌感染组,分析两组CRP及PCT水平。结果:CRP和PCT水平在细菌感染组均升高,与非细菌感染组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CRP和PCT检测细菌感染的敏感性分别76.5%和82.4%,特异性分别62.2%和82.2%。联合检测敏感性和特异性分别为97.6%和93.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:发热患者细菌感染时,CRP和PCT水平显著升高,两者联合检测对发热患者诊断具有重要意义。 Objective:To explore the application of C reactive protein and procalcitonin in the diagnosis of patients with fever. Methods:We selected 130 cases of fever patients.According to the data of patients with clinical symptoms,etiology and imaging, 130 patients were divided into bacterial infection group and non bacterial infection group.CRP and PCT levels in the two groups were analyzed.Results:In bacterial infection group,CRP and PCT levels were increased.Compared with non bacterial infection group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of CRP and PCT for the detection of bacterial infection were 76.5% and 82.4% respectively,specificity were 62.2% and 82.2%.Joint detection sensitivity and specificity were 97.6% and 93.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When patients with fever were infected by bacterial,CRP and PCT levels were significantly increased.The combined detection has important significance in diagnosis of patients with fever.
