摘要
目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:分别采用复方丹参滴丸和地尔硫对冠心病心绞痛患者进行治疗,比较治疗2个月后两组的临床疗效及血脂、血浆黏度的变化。结果:观察组显效率高于对照组显效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组胆固醇水平、甘油三酯水平、血浆黏稠度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸具有缓解心绞痛、降血脂作用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of compound danshen dropping pill treatment of angina pectoris.Methods:100 patients with angina pectoris were respectively accepted the treatments of compound danshen dropping pill and diltiazem,comparing the clinical curative effect of two groups and the changes of blood lipid,blood plasma viscosity after 2 months of treatment.Results:The excellent efficiency rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the total effective rate of the observation group and that of the control group(P>0.05).The cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels of the observation group were all lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The blood plasma viscosity of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound danshen dropping pill could relieve angina pectoris and reduce blood fat,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
