摘要
目的:研究腰椎间盘突出症的护理方法以及临床意义。方法:将2236例患者随机分成护理组和对照组。两组进行中医治疗,其中,护理组加强护理宣教。结果:护理组治愈1118例(84.8%),对照组治愈1118例(80.5%)。两组比较,P<0.01;两组总有效率比较,护理组高于对照组。结论:护理在腰椎间盘突出症的治疗过程中,占据相当重要的地位,通过有效的护理措施,可促进患者病情恢复。
Objective:Research of nursing methods and clinical significance of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:2236 patients were randomly divided into nursing group,control group.Two groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and strengthen the nursing education in the nursing group.Results:Curing 948 people in the nursing group(84.8%),curing 900 people in the control group(80.5%).The comparison between the two groups,P<0.01;the total efficiency of two groups compare,the nursing group was higher than the control group.Conclusion:Nursing care in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,occupied a very important position,through effective nursing measure,can promote the recovery of patients.
