摘要
目的:观察注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:收治疱疹性咽夹炎患儿80例,随机分成两组,治疗组40例给予单磷酸阿糖腺苷静脉点滴;对照组40例给予利巴韦林静脉点滴,疗程3～5天,两组均给予相同的对症处理。比较两组患儿疗效及不良反应。结果:两组患儿在退热时间、疱疹消退时间方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗疱疹性咽峡炎具有起效快,疗效好,不良反应少,方法简单的特点。
Objective:the clinical curative effect of Ara-A in treating infantile herpangina observed by injection.Methods:2011May to 2012 August were a herpetic pharyngeal clip inflammation in 80 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in the treatment group were given vidarabine intravenously;40 patients of control group were given the Leigh Bhave Lin IV drip, 3～5days treatment,two groups were given the same treatment.The efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:the two groups were significant difference in the time resolution has antipyretic time,simplex(P<0.01).Conclusion:adenine arabinoside monophosphate treatment of herpangina with quick effect,good curative effect,less side effect,method is simple,suitable for clinical application.
