摘要
目的:探讨前瞻性理念在临床教学护理安全管理中的应用。方法:采用前瞻性思维中的前瞻性、可分析性、科学指导性以及创造性等在临床教学护理安全管理中进行应用,通过多角度对护理教学管理中的问题进行分析解决,并对教学护理安全管理满意度进行调查,对医院、科室、带教老师3方面在教学护理安全管理中发挥的作用进行调查。结果:护理学生对教学护理安全管理满意度分别为医院>95%、科室>96%、带教老师>98%。结论:在临床教学护理安全管理中应用前瞻性理念,不仅可以树立以患者安全为中心的理念,不断推进适应护理工作的新要求,还可使护理安全管理贯穿于临床教学工作的从始到终,增强临床护理安全。
Objective:To explore the application of prospective idea in clinical teaching nursing safety management.Methods: Using prospective thinking,analysis,scientific guidance and creativity,etc of prospective idea in clinical teaching nursing safety management,using multiple perspectives on nursing teaching management to analyze and solve problems,and teaching nursing safety management conducted satisfaction surveys for hospitals,departments, with the role of the teacher to teach three aspects of safety management in nursing education plays investigation.Results:The nursing student satisfaction with teaching nursing safety management for the hospital were>95%,department>96%,teacher>98%.Conclusion:Using prospective philosophy in clinical teaching prospective nursing safety management,not only can establish a patient safety-centered and constantly adapt to new requirements to promote the nursing work,but also promote safety management throughout the clinical nursing teaching work from beginning to end enhance clinical care safety.
