摘要
目的:探讨社区老年高血压患者的综合护理特点及其未来发展趋势。方法:收治老年高血压患者134例,对全部患者进行综合护理。结果:干预后患者的健康知识知晓率及服药依从性得到显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:社区老年高血压患者综合护理具有整体性、针对性、系统性等特点,未来将成为医疗体系中不可或缺的组成部分。
Objective:To explore the community elderly hypertensive patients comprehensive care characteristics and trends. Methods:January 2013~June 2013 134 patients were treated in elderly hypertensive,comprehensive care for all patients.Results: After the intervention the patient's knowledge of health awareness and medication compliance improved significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion:Community elderly hypertensive integrated care is holistic,targeted,systemic features,the future health care system will become an integral part.
