摘要
目的:对由于股骨上端肿瘤所并发的骨折的手术方法和疗效进行分析。方法:对股骨上端肿瘤并发骨折患者28例治疗方法及效果进行回顾性分析。结果:随访时间9~24个月,肿瘤病灶清除法10例,优良率89.6%;瘤体刮除填充骨水泥9例,有3例死亡,优良率68.6%;置换人工假体9例,肿瘤复发1例,死亡3例,优良率74.3%。结论:要根据肿瘤性质及破坏程度,选择适宜的手术方法,肿瘤良性时则手术应以刮除肿瘤植骨为主,恶性肿瘤则应以人工假体置换术为主。
Objective:To analysis the operation method and curative effect of tumor of upper femur fractures.Methods:The treatment and outcome of 28 patients with tumor of upper femur fracture were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The follow-up time ranged from 9 to 24 months,the tumor removal in 10 cases,the excellent and good rate was 89.6%;tumor curettage filling bone cement in 9 cases,3 cases died,the excellent and good rate was 68.6%;9 patients with replacement of artificial prosthesis,1 cases of tumor recurrence,3cases of death,the excellent and good rate was 74.3%.Conclusion:Selecting the suitable operation method according to the nature of the tumor and the extent of damage,benign tumor should be scraping tumor bone,malignant tumor should be based on artificial prosthesis replacement.
