摘要
目的:比较输尿管镜钬激光碎石术(URSHL)与体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法:对输尿管结石患者230例进行回顾性分析,其中采用ESWL治疗110例(ESWL组),采用URSHL治疗120例(URSHL组),比较两种手术方式的输尿管结石碎石的总有效率、上段结石有效率、中下段结石有效率。结果:URSHL组的总有效率85.0%要显著优于ESWL组的76.4%(P<0.05),URSHL组治疗中下段结石的有效率93.9%,要显著优于ESWL组68.3%(P<0.05),ESWL组治疗上段结石的有效率86.0%,要显著优于URSHL组74.1%。结论:ESWL与URSHL治疗输尿管结石均有良好的疗效,URSHL治疗输尿管结石的疗效要显著优于ESWL,对于输尿管中下段结石的治疗,URSHL的临床疗效要优于ESWL;而对于输尿管上段结石的治疗,ESWL的临床疗效要优于URSHL。
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy(URSHL)and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:The clinical data of 230 patients with ureteral calculi were retrospectively analyzed.110 cases were treated by ESWL(ESWL group),and 120 cases were treated by URSHL(URSHL group),comparing two surgical methods on the total effective of ureteral calculi lithotripsy,upper ureteral calculi and lower segment stone.Results:The total effective rate in URSHL group were better than those in ESWL group(85.0%vs76.4%,P<0.05).The middle and lower ureteral calculi effective rate in URSHL group were much better than those in ESWL group(93.9% vs68.3%,P<0.05).The upper ureteral calculi effective rate in ESWL group were much better than those in URSHL group(86.0% vs74.1%,P<0.05).Conclusions:Effect of ESWL and URSHL in the treatment of ureteral stones were good,the efficacy of URSHL in treating ureteral calculi was significantly better than that of ESWL,as well as for the treatment of middle and lower ureteral calculi;while for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi,the clinical efficacy of ESWL was better than URSHL.
