摘要
打破行政界线和市场分割,优化空间格局是我国中部地区"十三五"期间的重点任务之一。本文借助人口加权变异系数、ESDA技术、空间截面模型和空间Durbin模型探讨了中国中部经济地理格局及相应的演变机制。分析结果表明:第一,中部地区经济核心区域的增长是以牺牲邻近区域的经济增长率或发展水平为代价;第二,设定的三种空间权重矩阵揭示出要素的不同作用轨迹。其中,地理距离弱化了城镇化对经济增长的正溢出效应,而经济距离则强化了这种正溢出效应。财政支出仍是中部地区经济增长的主要引擎,对本地拉动作用较强,而对周围区域较弱甚至产生负向影响。产业结构在距离上会拉动范围内区域发展,而在经济上对周围的产业发展影响不显著或会造成周围区域产业衰退现象。投资水平对周围区域的带动作用更为显著。第三,人口密度、FDI水平对区域经济产生波动的效力是微弱的或不显著的。
In order to break administrative boundary and keep market integration,optimizing the spatial pattern of Central China is one of its key tasks during the 2016-2020.This paper combined population-weighted variation,ESDA technology and spatial econometric methods as tools to analyze the economic pattern evolution and its mechanism of Central China.The conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)the economic growth of Central China core area,for example the capital city,was mainly at the expense of adjacent area's economic growth or development.(2)Spatial weight matrices we create reveal the role of the variables.Among them,the geographic distance weakens the positive spillover effect of urbanization on economic growth,which was strengthened by using economic distance matrix.Besides,fiscal expenditure is still the main engine of economic growth of Central China,whose driving effectiveness is overwhelming stronger in local area than the surrounding regions.Industrial structure has a positive effects on economy,which would bring negative effects on the place around itself.Because of the liquidity of the assets,investment has a significant work on adjacent areas.(3)Population density and FDI have a weak or non-significant effects on economic growth,then we give several suggestions,which we hope could be useful to push ahead with the tasks during the 2016-2020.
